We process your information in the following ways: On purchasing a product from us we retain your personal contact details and information for order processing on our secure server and password protected spreadsheets, this will be kept for accounting and warranty purposes.
Data retention period: We shall process and retain your personal and order information indefinitely for warranty, accounting and reordering. If you wish to have your data removed we will annonomise your personal data from our systems but the information will still be retained through 3rd party payment processors such as banks and Paypal.
Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties. Our accountants will however have access to the data in order to carry out their duties of filing financial accounts.
