Aircore technology
Stronger, lighter, more buoyant blades. Our unique spine shape for carbon blades saves weight and adds strength.
Bouyant, stronger, lighter
Our Aircore spine geometry, with a hollow spine instead of a foam core, results in more reinforcing fibres in the blade and less weight.
With this weight saving our blades typically have 30% more reinforcing fibres than our competitors and we can produce a lighter, stronger paddle.
Tested and approved by some of the world’s best paddlers with outstanding feedback.
Dye-sublimated colour
Our glass paddles incoporate a printed layer of polyester fabric into the blade layup front and back. So the design is embedded into the material, holding a vibrant colour and adding a layer of toughness to our glass composite too.
Ergonomic bent shaft
Our bent shafts have a specially designed grip geometry allowing the shaft to fit securely in your hand – reducing the need to grip too tightly.
Combined with neutral wrist alignment this reduces the risk of developing repetitive strain injuries (such as tendonitis) and can help with rehabilitation and get you back on the water.
Our cranked shafts are made from carbon prepreg with a high pressure bladder moulding process and CNC-machined mould.
Glass or carbon straight shaft
Our straight shafts are made from either glass or carbon prepreg rolled around a mandrel and then cured at a high temperature and pressure. They are then ground and waxed to give a smooth finish and reliable grip. Ovalised grip indexing is standard.
Our glass shaft option is more flexible than carbon, so easier on your body for long days paddling. The carbon shaft option is stiffer and lighter than glass for when reaction times really matter.
Adjustable connectors
Select your length and feather on the go. As standard our paddles come with equal length splits (the connector is slightly offset), so that both halves are the same length for optimal stowing.
For whitewater paddles our aluminium heavy duty split connector has a low profile, robust CNC manufactured design.
Four touring our injection moulded nylon connector is corrosion resistant and easy to maintain.
T-grips
For whitewater canoe paddles where you need control, comfort and robustness we fit our injection moulded polypropylene T-grip. The asymmetric shape allows your hand to wrap naturally for improved control and comfort.
Standard on the Offside carbon model and Riva SUP paddle is our carbon ergo grip. Exceptionally lightweight, this full carbon grip has a classic palm shape. Comfort and control for all day paddling.
Paddles marked as 'uncut' length are supplied with a T-grip without adhesive for you to cut to length and glue together yourself.
