At VE we use advanced materials and production techniques to produce our products. We have strict quality control systems in place to ensure that you receive your paddle free from structural defects. We take great pride in manufacturing VE paddles and don't want our customers to be disappointed.

  • VE Paddles are warranted to be free from defects in materials and manufacture for two years from the date of purchase. (One year for professional and commercial users).
  • If you think there is an issue with your paddle, please contact us, or the retail outlet where you purchased the paddle, immediately so we can discuss your concerns and if necessary arrange a repair or replacement.
  • Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty, but could be repairable at cost; please contact us to discuss.
  • This includes hucking large drops, damage whilst running a gorge (post swim) or even just being run over by your friends camper van.....etc.
  • We can replace a single blade or shaft very quickly and get you back on the water asap; please contact us for details.

Warranty process

  • Before returning any product please contact VE directly, or the shop which you purchased the paddles from to discuss the problem.
  • Please download a warranty enquiry form HERE
  • Please ensure you paddle is suitably packed for shipping; VE can not be responsible for paddles damaged in shipment when being returned.
  • Our specialist staff will inspect your warranty claim upon receipt at VE paddles and advise accordingly.

Warranty text in full

  • 1.1 Guarantee. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. We also guarantee to our customers that our goods will be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality from the date of delivery for the following periods from the date of purchase for 24 months.
  • 1.2 Within these periods we will (at our discretion), repair or replace (with the same or improved product) any defective goods returned to us, or refund the price of the defective goods in full, provided that we will always refund the price of defective goods returned within 30 days of purchase if you do not want them replaced.
  • 1.3 However, we will not be liable under the guarantee where: (a) you make any further use of the goods after discovering the defect; (b) the defect arises because you have failed to follow our instructions as to the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the goods; (c) the defect arises as a result of our following any drawing, design or specification supplied by you; (d) you alter or repair the goods; or (e) the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, accident, extreme weather or environmental conditions, or abnormal storage or working conditions.
  • 1.4 These terms shall apply to any repaired or replacement goods supplied by us.
  • 1.5 This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
  • 1.6 Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights or under our guarantee to reject goods you must either arrange to deliver them to us or allow us to collect them from you, or we may occasionally ask you to destroy the item.
  • 1.7 We will pay the costs of collection but reserve the right to ask for reimbursement of these costs if you were not entitled to reject the products.
