Refund policy


Returning items after cancelling

If you cancel your order after your items have been sent to you or delivered, you must return them to us.

If you are cancelling because you’ve changed your mind, you must send the items back within 14 days of telling us.


Who pays for return postage?

We will cover the return costs if:

  • The item is faulty or not as described, or …
  • you are cancelling because:
    • We are changing the product or terms,
    • There was a pricing or description error,
    • Delivery is delayed due to something outside our control, or
    • You have a legal right to cancel because of something we did wrong.

In all other cases (including change-of-mind returns), you must pay the return costs.


If we collect the item

If you are responsible for return costs and ask us to collect the item, we will charge you our standard delivery fee for collection.


Refunds

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to place the order. Your refund will include the product price and standard delivery cost, but deductions may apply (see below).


Possible deductions for change-of-mind returns

If you return an item because you changed your mind:

  • We may reduce your refund if the item has lost value due to handling beyond what would be allowed in a shop.
  • If we refund you before inspecting the item and later find damage or misuse, you must repay the appropriate amount.
  • We only refund the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer, even if you chose a more expensive service.
  • For services, we may deduct an amount for any portion already provided.

When you’ll receive your refund

We will issue refunds as quickly as possible.

If you changed your mind:

  • If you return the goods yourself, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item or receiving proof you sent it.
  • In all other cases, we will refund you within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel.
